• Couple & Event Data: Couple names (in English and Malayalam), wedding dates, ceremony schedules, auditorium locations, photos uploaded to your story gallery, and personal audio invitation recordings.
• Guest RSVP Details: Names, attendance status, attendee headcount (e.g. adult/child party counts), and optional notes left by guests when responding via your website.
• Billing Information: Contact name, billing address, and phone number for invoice generation. Payment card/UPI credentials are collected directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected strictly for:

• Generating and displaying your live wedding invitation website at your private shareable link.
• Compiling RSVP attendance numbers and guest notes in your private organizer dashboard.
• Delivering transaction receipts and service status updates.
• Providing responsive customer assistance via WhatsApp or email when requested.

3. Third-Party Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

All online payments on Wedsaro are handled through Razorpay, India's leading PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay the one-time ₹999 publishing fee, your payment credentials are transmitted directly to Razorpay through high-grade 256-bit TLS encryption. Webdit Solution does not see or store card numbers or banking passwords.

4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, lease, or monetize your personal or guest data. Information is only shared with:

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting environments solely to deliver your live invitation page to invited guests.
• Legal Obligations: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority under Indian jurisdiction.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Your published invitation website remains online for 12 months from the date of publication. You hold the right to request complete deletion of your website, photos, and guest RSVP records at any time. Simply email us at support@wedsaro.com or text us on WhatsApp, and our engineering team will permanently purge your records within 48 hours.

6. Security Measures

We implement rigorous technical safeguards including modern HTTPS/TLS data encryption in transit, strict database access controls, and regular vulnerability monitoring to protect your wedding data against unauthorized access.
