1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website at wedsaro.com, and any associated subdomains, tools, or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by Webdit Solution ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), an independent digital product studio registered and situated in Kerala, India.

2. Description of Digital Services

Wedsaro provides users with an intuitive online builder to create personalized digital wedding invitation websites. Services include:

• Interactive, real-time website customization (couple names, ceremony itineraries, photo galleries, personal voice notes, Google Maps auditorium links).
• Dual-language script support (English and Malayalam).
• Digital RSVP management dashboard with party size tracking.
• 12 months of active cloud hosting at a unique, shareable URL from the date of publication.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Customizing, designing, and testing your website preview occurs at no upfront cost. You are under no obligation to purchase until you explicitly decide to publish your site live.

• Publication Fee: A single, one-time payment of ₹999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine) to publish your customized wedding invitation website live for 12 months.
• Optional Extension: You may extend hosting for an additional 12 months for ₹499.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.

4. 60-Minute Edit Window & Site Finalization

Upon successful payment and publication, users enjoy a dedicated 60-minute edit window to adjust event timings, spelling, or photos directly from their dashboard. After this period, the website design is locked to ensure absolute link stability and prevent broken previews across family WhatsApp chats. Minor emergency corrections (such as venue changes due to weather) can be requested via our customer care team on WhatsApp.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Chargeback Policy

Please review our refund criteria carefully before publishing:

• Digital Customized Nature: Because Wedsaro offers a full, uninhibited interactive preview prior to payment, and digital assets and URLs are provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation, published invitation websites are non-refundable once deployed.
• Technical Failure Exception: If a technical defect on our end prevents your website from being published or accessible online within 24 hours of payment, and our support team is unable to rectify the issue, a 100% refund will be issued.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all photographs, text, audio recordings, and information you upload to Wedsaro. You grant Webdit Solution a non-exclusive license strictly to store, process, and display your content to your invited guests. You warrant that:

• You hold the legal right or consent to use all uploaded images and music.
• Content does not violate applicable Indian laws, contain defamatory material, or infringe on third-party privacy rights.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of Wedsaro shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Kerala, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims and proceedings.
